The 60,000 square-foot, building is a joint venture with Adventist Health/Central Valley Network, Hanford physicians and Fresno developer G.L. Bruno. Upon completion, this $18 million, three story building will connect to the new Adventist Medical Center-Hanford via a forty foot covered walkway. The facility is designed to coordinate outpatient services with the hospital and includes outpatient imaging and laboratory services, the Kings River Surgical Center and medical office space for surgeons and other specialists.
G.L. Bruno plans to complete the Adventist Health Medical Center on an accelerated construction schedule using highly knowledgeable field supervision and selected subcontractors. Local certified applicator Amparan Flooring promoted the innovative Synthetic10-TR technology to prevent vapor emission, future costs impacts to the project and reduce the risk of schedule delays for flooring installations.
Synthetics International's Synthetic10-TR system prevents water vapor emission during the concrete placement by using an innovative resin and additive technology. The liquid applied concrete additive is spray applied to the concrete surface and mechanically mixed using power equipment. Offering improved product penetration, mechanical and chemical adhesion to the substrate.
Thousands of local residents and cars pass this building each day. All passing an excellent Synthetic10-TR installation reference without knowing it!
